The Park focuses on equipment manufacturing industry and auto parts industry, and co-develop a service industry that is characterized with technological service, forming a "3+1" industrial framework. Major industries in phase I include medical equipment, CNC, car engine manufacturing, car transmission manufacturing, aviation logistics and R&D service. Zhejiang Sino-German Industrial Park provides solutions to both Greenland projects and lease projects and has established Jiaxing International Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Project to build standard workshop and Sin-Sino Standard Workshop, which will become a new platform to attract foreign investment.
