4、Promoting Jiaxing to become a major City of science and technology business incubator In Y.R.D.

By the year 2018, National-level incubators and platform incubators will be full coverage in the whole city, the number of incubators will be increased to more than 100 and the total area of incubators will be over 8 million m 2 .

Jiaxing municipal government will allocate more than RMB 8 billion in 5 years to support high-level innovation platforms, conversion project of technology achievements, innovation capability of enterprises, technology business incubators, technology financing, research achievements, etc.
